About Us

                                     John Husson has significant experience in several family law areas including adoption law (step  parent, kinship, second parent and agency adoptions), divorce and post divorce matters, with a strong emphasis on assisted reproduction (infertility law) matters.  He has represented intended parents, egg donors, embryo donors and recipients and gestational carriers (surrogates) in more than 500 contract matters and numerous pre birth parentage court actions.   

His practice in the assisted reproduction law area includes the representation of same sex couples/individuals and single parents.  He works with numerous assisted reproduction agencies throughout the United States and represents many international assisted reproduction clients.  To assist intended parents and gestational carriers with escrow deposits required in surrogate matters, Attorney Husson, manages these trust accounts.  Fiduciary liability insurance coverage is in effect.
